This hotel has some serious room for improvement!!! The outdated decor and lack of basic amenities like ice and a microwave really detracts from the experience!!! Everything feels disheveled and neglected!!!

Sad memories from a once-loved place
I returned after years and was shocked. The beautiful macaw was caged alone, no food, no water, just cement. It broke my heart. The hotel’s gorgeous, but how can you enjoy it seeing such neglect? Plus, dining was okay, but the vibe was off. Definitely not what it used to be.

Couples seeking nature retreat
The gardens are beautiful and they have peacocks roaming around. We enjoyed a romantic dinner with a great view from our table which made the night very special.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, it was decent for what we got.
